Rules & Regulations

• Vermont Fire Safety Regulations limits MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY TO 8 PEOPLE PER CABIN. This is super important and regardless of the size of the cabin. It is for your safety, and for our plumbing.
• For our 1-and 2-bedroom cabins, we would recommend a maximum of 4 people.
• No camping allowed on property (no tents, vans, trailers, pop-ups, etc.).
• You can park trailers and vans, but you cannot sleep in them.
  
• No Smoking in cabins under any circumstance (including all substances, manner and methods).
• There will be a $500 charge for anyone who smokes in our cabins.
• Please make sure all food and trash is stored in the cabin or secured in the dumpster. Never leave it outside. We don't want to attract any bears!
  
• Please do not park or drive on the grass.
• Do not move any furniture.
• We do not allow boot heaters.
• Do not move the barbeque grills.
• No fires outside the firepits.
• No fireworks / firecrackers / firearms are to be used on premises.
• The use of our property is at your own risk.

Check-In, Check-Out

• Check-In is 4pm. Check-Out is 10am.

Dog Friendly in all locations - WE LOVE DOGS!

• Limit to two dogs per cabin
• Please clean up after your dogs (including outside)
  
• Please keep your dogs off of the beds and other furniture (as much as possible)
• Unfortunately, the following dog breeds are not allowed: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, wolf hybrid or any dog that is a mix that includes one or more of the breeds listed above.

Cancellation Policy

• 95% refundable if cancelled 30 or more days prior to check-in (5.0% fee to cover credit card processing costs)
• Non-refundable if cancelled within 30 days of check-in
• Cleaning fees are refundable in all instances of cancelled reservations
• Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on cancellations due to weather or natural disasters
